Each motorcycle is allocated the best star rating our underwriters can achieve. 
Whilst we have done our utmost to ensure that your vehicle is mechanically sound and any known faults have been rectified, unexpected failures can occur at any time which is why we are proud to offer a range of leading warranty products from the WMS Group.

All warranties gained on purchase are extendible up to 36 months*, transferable and fully accessible through WMS.
Our 6 months warranty is sold with every bike to give customers peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle from us. 

If for whatever reason your motorcycle acquires a fault inside the warranty period, it couldn't be simpler in making a claim through WMS.

• Diagnose the fault and ascertain whether the failure would be covered under the terms of the warranty agreement.

• Telephone the very polite service desk (through the phone number acquired on purchase) to advise the engineers of the fault. 

• If WMS accept responsibility for the claim, a repair authorisation code will be issued by the claim engineers. 

• Once a repair authorisation code has been provided, it remains valid for a period of 3 months. After this time the repair authority is automatically withdrawn.

• 1* warranty cover (for new/used motorcycles/scooters): Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: engine, manual/auto gearbox, swinging arm unit.

• 2* warranty cover (for new/used motorcycles/scooters): Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: engine, manual/automatic gearbox, cooling system, swinging arm unit, clutch, electrical, shaft drive unit, casings.

• 3* warranty cover (for new/used motorcycles/scooters): Cover includes the breakdown of certain components under the following headings: engine, manual/automatic gearbox, cooling system, swinging arm unit, clutch, electrical, shaft drive unit, suspension, front telescopic forks, brakes, frame/exhaust system, oil leaks, casings.

• 4* warranty cover (for new/used motorcycles/scooters): During the period of insurance, all non-modified mechanical and electrical items will be insured against breakdown except those listed under exclusions.

• 5* warranty cover (for new/used motorcycles/scooters): During the period of insurance, all non-modified mechanical and electrical items will be insured against breakdown except those listed under exclusions plus: the saddle, panniers (if fitted as original equipment), manufacturers’ accessories due to faulty manufacture (if fitted as original equipment), battery replacement due to faulty manufacture, the breakdown of the external structural members of the exhaust system excluding that caused by impact and/or corrosion, corrosion (including rust) of the frame, attached body parts, chrome and paintwork.

The Length and type of the warranty offered will be stated in each listing of bike. Each bike sold with a Warranty has the benefits of Unlimited claims, with each one up to your chosen claim limit (Discussed on sale) and each claim include parts and labour from a certified garage.
Tow-in charges , Replacement vehicle hire and overnight accommodation is all gained in the event of a valid claim.
